Looking for an angel. (August 11, 2004 is my surgery date)

I'm looking for an angel in Nashville, TN. how do you go about getting an angel? My family doesn't really know much about the surgery and won't allow themselves to be educated, so i'm pretty much on my own.. Thank you for your time. Carol
