Me too!!! Air Force for 26 years and still going.... how about you? Anybody dealing with deployments to "hostile fire pay" sites?? My DH was gone last Christmas.... I think the hostile fire pay should go to the spouses left behind to deal with the kids!!!!! My date is 8/2.... only 11 more LONG days!!! Teri S

I hope i still count as military spouse, My Husband just retired from the AF 1 1/2 years ago. My date is 8/2 for myWLS. I understand the spuse being gone all the time and in danger. Mine was gon all the time. My son fixin to go in soon also. But is the price we pay gladly for our freedom. Good luck with your surgery and will see yall on the other side. Brenda
