I am scheduled for August 25th!! Are you as nervous and happy as I am? Good thing is I have some big responisibilities due at work on August 20th so I have something to distract me from absolutely obsessing on the surgery. I'm in Northwest Florida, and I am having the lap rny. We haven't discussed proximal vs distal, but I'm going to ask my surgeon if he could go a little on the long side. It's good to meet someone I can talk to about this right up until the day...and after.

I am also glad to have found someone to talk to about this. We will definitly have to keep in touch. Morningjoy
