Thanks Denise! Great resources - sounds like you are organized! If anyone beads and makes jewelry, it would be easy to make one for themselves or friends. Sounds like a girl scout project to me! Paula

I just went to the nutritionist the other day and she said that viactiv, and tums are not a good way to get you vitamins.

Christina, Seems like every surgeon/nutrionist has a varied opinion. I actually have a booklet detailing these as forms of calcium. I have since received varied posts telling me we need Calcium Citrate, not Carbonate. I was actually only trying to share some great resources. I should have put a disclaimer that said follow the program recommended by your doctor- Sorry Denise

Susan, I am Pre-Op, have not tasted it yet, but have it stored in my closet for when I get home. I have been reading posts for over a month, and this one is the best recommended one I have seen. They have Chocolate, Vanilla, and unflavored. I got mostly Vanilla and unflavored. You add the unflavored to soup and jello, things like that.... Hope that helps! Denise
