Got a surgery date : D

Hi everyone; I got a surgery date of 8/03/04. I'm going to have the surgery at Memorial Hospital,in Modesto.If anyone has had their surgery there,please let me know how it was. THANKS, Sarah

Hi Sarah, I don't know anyone personally who had it in Modesto. But have you checked out the California message board. I see posts by people from Modesto on there. I believe they do get togethers and support groups too. Good luck on your surgery!! Christie

Hi Sarah! I'd love to keep in touch. Am trying to get alot done before then. My 20 year old son helped me pack up and move the Dining Room and Parlor furniture into the garage. We're having hardwood floors installed and they are coming Thursday to tear out the carpet and ceramic tile. I'm hoping they can be done by next Wednesday so I can put everything back in order. Have you bought any protein powder or anything yet? Have you had your pre-op visit yet? Keep me posted, Paula
