Sleeping 24/7
Marla, I can relate. I feel like I've jumped through hoops to get this surgery done (got the process started last August). I had my consult April 5 and still have no date. My insurance policy has an exclusion clause so we will be paying out of pocket. I extremely anxious because I can't seem to stick with a weight loss plan. I'm tired all the time too, although, the sleep study I had done says I have no real problems there. I suppose it's depression. Sorry, I have no answers for you. Good luck with your surgery. ~bb
I only wish I could relate to sleep right now. I operate a home childcare program with 6 lovely children 50 hours/week. My surgery will be the only extra sleep I will get for a while. Being the weight that I have become it is not easy being as active as I used to be with them!!! I really am looking forward to lots more energy!!!!! HOld on, not much longer now!!!

Rest, I have no problem. Attempt to get to Y 3-4 times a week for pool stuff. Everytime I get to pool, it starts raining. Attempting to walk, push cart around WalMart...too hot to walk outside. Temps have been in low 90's, feels like 105. I drink protien shake for breakfast every day and eat lots of protien. Have had no coffee or diet drinks in couple months. Attempting to stay away sugar, now and then a little slip.
Thanks for the support.

Thanks Sandy, I was out this whole day, doctors and food shopping. Boy was I ready for a nap when I got home. I am trying to get to Y 3-4 times a week, have to dodge rain. Pool is out doors. Walking is so difficult, my knees are shot. I do walk with a buggie at WalMart. Thanks for your support.

I'm super sleepy too.. but I think it's because I've really let go of my eating habbits. I feel very out of control right now. I need to step it up and go back to the gym and stop eating junk!!! I really need to stop saying to myself, "I'm not going to be able to eat that in a month so - What the heck!" I know it's bad, but that's what I'm doing and it's making me a very tired girl.
