Time is fllllyyyyyiinnnngggg by!

I compare my time to the amount of paychecks I have left until surgery. I have 4 and 1 of them is TOMORROW! so that's only 3 left. I've decided to buy some things with each one. i'll be buying vitamins tomorrow. my flinstones COMPLETE and vitachews. Then my prescriptions. Then my ensure/boost, sugar free fudgescicles. (why was I so excited about those?) I can't wait. Plus, I'm moving August 1st!! so that's taking up the time. Before I know it will be August 17th and I'll be on the toilet getting ready for D day which is the 18th! I wish the best for all and we should all keep in touch and let each other know about our ups and our downs! Joy

Not long now! I counted today and it is 50 days! I have been buying a few things here and there for after the big day!!! Jacque

Buying stuff for after the surgery????? I have never even thought about that!!!!! Wow, I guess there is a lot more to get ready for the big day then I thought about yet. Then again, the whole thing is still sinking in... Life is great, getting better. Have a great day. Sabine

I hear you.I too am counting down. By next weel I will be starting to get the robe for in the hospital.....something light weight but not see through. Some odds and ends. I am only worried about getting this right.....making sure after I get the vitamin and protien thing right. I wish the vists vitamins were not so expensive. I have 3 pays coming before my surgery. My sister bought the liquid vitamins and didnt use them so she is giving them to me. From this pay Im going to buy my hospital needs. Next pay Im doing my night out on the town before surgery and my last pay will go for Protien and other foods I will want when I come home. Its nice to break it up this way. It is nice to have a group that is having surgery the same month since we all go through the same things together and the same emotions. Keep in touch. Patty
