SHOPPING
You know, I have bought some vitamins and such that I am trying out to see what I like and what is easiest.
I also bought some things that the nutritionist recommended to see how I liked them. I think it would be a big mistake for me to buy all this the weekend before to find out it taste like sewer water. So, I have some carb countain soothies that are good protein, some baby oatmeal cereal, boost breeze, cottage cheese, and things like that.
I make lists of things i like and don't and how much protein they have. I hear that tastes will change after the surgery, but I am sure if I hate it before, I will hate it after!!
I am in a trial phase I suppose.

Hey Snuggles
I know you posted this earlier. But I usually come to the August board around once a week.
Good look and prayers on your 8-10th surgery date
It is true that your tastebuds will change after surgery. So what I have been doing is buying 2-3 protein samples. One to try now, one for after surgery, and one to use while waiting for my order (5-7 days) after I get out of the hospital.

Hey these jugs of protein add up girl. And I don't have money to waste.
Plus I rather save the money for new clothes
Good luck Girlie,
Jackie
