I had a chewable vitamin but it was so strong...pineapple was the flavor so I wanted to try some others. I amnow taking scooby doo one a day (taking 2) and I compared the label and it is the same as the other one and the taste is not as strong. I also have one that you swallow, but it is a horse bill. I bought some sublingual B-12 to try as well. I tolerate it with no problems. No taste at all to it. The calcium I got was the wrong one. Studies show now that you need Calcium Citrate not Carbonate. Well, guess what I have???!?!?! But they leave a chalky taste. Will try some other before surgery. Think I am sticking with Scooby Doo...small, not terrible tasting and packed full of vitamins! I got a sample of some liquid protein, but have not got the nerve to try it yet. I think I have texture issues!! LOL My doc says it won't be necessary for them if I follow his rules and the nutritionists.

I'm thinking of trying the Baratric Advantage vitamins and supplements. I can't stand the childrens chewables.

In the paperwork that my docter gave me. I will be taking: Childrens Flinstone chewable (sugar free) 2. Or any chewable vitamins for 4-6 weeks. B12 sublingual (under the tongue) that dissolves one a week Jackie
