Hey Everyone! I have been running non-stop!!! I did get my date Darlene and everyone, if you haven't heard already from Joyce...It is May 24th!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY! I was feeling really nervous for a few days but now I am really starting to get better. I had my A class last night at St. Lukes and it was very imformative. I need to really start reading through my stuff and see what exactly I will be eating and what I need to get to be prepared. I am going through a period of thinking "should I not have it and just try and do it on my own.... again!" and I think NO WAY - this is it - my chance to actually have a chance at a new life... so even though that thought keeps crossing my mind I automatically tell myself "STOP - you've already made your decision, everything will be just fine!" lol So I just started another class with school and I am freaking out! 3000 word paper due tomorrow night - yeah have I started it? - lol... NO! So you can imagine what I will be doing from after work today until...oh about 2AM!! I am getting excited for the Spring Fling - I've got a babysitter lined up already!!! How is EJ feeling? Hey Darlene: I've been horrid busy. Had a inprompt to Easter Dinner Party for the family. Found out Saturday I was hosting on Sunday, OH YEAH! Work has kept me continuously swamped with the lay-offs and what nots. Oh yeah and there is a status change with my surgery..... They have FINALLY sent the paperwork to the insurance company on Monday after several delays. Tuesday I called the Insurance Company to find out the status. Was informed that my case is pending review until my provider (dr) sends more information for medical necessity. Called my Dr. informed them of what the insurance agency said, and was informed that they would call and check it out and give me a status call today. Today I am currently on the phone with BCBS of NC trying to find out more information. So I'm still waiting. So can everyone say a little prayer that I don't get laid off and that I get to have this surgery. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks Tiff

Hi, everyone, I've been busy just like everyone else. Finally got all my medical records requested to send to the surgeon and now it's a waiting game. Unfortunately my primary care's office said they would be able to get the records done until next week. But, we're getting ready to go to Idaho for the weekend to help my sister-in-law celebrate her 60th birthday. It should be fun--haven't seen family up there for several years. Looking forward to attending Spring Fling next week and meeting new friends. Have a great week! Virginia

Linda, I just realized you live in the city where they had the Super Bowl in 2006. I could have crashed in you place and gone to the game. Is your family football fans? Are you one? By the way the Pistons beat up my Lakers in basketball 2 years ago. We will be waiting for your pictures very soon.
