Summer Tour '06: Are you ready?
Hi folks,
Let's knock ourselves out this summer, and have lots of fun doing it, so that when we reach our two-year anniversaries in August, we'll have done the best we can do to improve and/or maintain our health. Let's use the tool and make great choices.
We'll start with being well hydrated. A member of my state board has a Liquid Challenge going - to make sure people are getting all their water in. That's a vital part of the weight loss and health maintenance quadrilateral (protein, water, vitamins, exercise) after surgery, and really at any time in life. People who are on the Water Train are losing weight, some for the first time in a while!
With warmer weather upon us, it's more important than ever to get our water in!
Visit the following link to see how much water you need:

I need 105 ounces, and I'm 32 ounces into it. Still have a way to go but I'll get there!
Instead of making all our changes at once, which can be overwhelming, we'll tackle a little bit at a time, so in a few weeks, we will be completely up and running.
Join us! Let us know your successes, and let us know how we as a family can offer you support to reach August in style - and August is just a milestone, not the end of the journey.
Enjoy and have great days!
Kathryn
Wow! I can't believe I need about 87 onces of water a day. I better start drinking a little more than what I normally drink. I have a difficult time drinking water at work because I work in a library. We don't allow people to come inside with drinks. I have to find a solution to that. Thanks for the information.
