Like the other poster, I've never had trouble. I've heard that some have trouble because they develope anxieties.

wow well i cant believe its been a year already. I hit my goal about 2 months ago losing 197pounds in 10 months.I also had emergency gall bladder surgery 3 months ago. Glad its gone but cant say it was fun. I am tolerating food alot better since its out though. I can say i dont have many regrets about having this done. I love the new body . I will say i miss certain things (food) but its been worth the doing without. I would also like to thank everyone here at this site for helping me thru one of the hardest things i have ever done.. Keep your sprits high and ur head too .. thanks M

I notice that if I take my vitamins later than 6:00PM I have a hard time getting to sleep! I do have more energy now, so I don't really need as much sleep, but I don't usually have a hard time getting to sleep!

Gerri, I know what you mean! I had surgery on 8/22/03 and weighed in at 304lbs!. I was also a 26/28 and now I am a 10/12. I am so blessed at how great I feel now. I thank GOd everyday for this opportunity. Dream Big!!! Alison
