11 mo post opp this weekend

Hi Gang, I finally made it to 11 months. Seems like just yesterday I had surgery. I have lost 126 lbs with 27 more to go. I am at a stand still right now, hope it goes away soon and I see more results. Its hard to believe that this time last year I was wearing 26/28 and I now I am in a 14. This surgery was definitely worth all the risk and I advise anyone who is interested, go for it. It will change your life Take care all Gerri

Gerri, I know what you mean! I had surgery on 8/22/03 and weighed in at 304lbs!. I was also a 26/28 and now I am a 10/12. I am so blessed at how great I feel now. I thank GOd everyday for this opportunity. Dream Big!!! Alison
