8 months after surgery

Hi, Im 8 months after my surgery and feeling much better than I have in a long time. Two weeks after my surgery I was in a automobile accid- dent. I was tranfered to a nursing home for rehab. I came home in October. Im doing much better now.I have lost about 70lbs. with- out doing exercise because of my ankle. I have to exercise now so I can lose more weight. I will sign back in later.
