I am Nervous..
Hi everyone,
I am almost 6 months out and would like to have lost 80 lbs. by my anniversary which is the 26th. I only have three pounds to go until then. But the thing is, I've been so hungry lately. I've been eating chips, chocolate, crackers, cheeses, you name it! I almost wish I would get really sick off of these so I wouldn't eat them. I know that it's all about control, but lately I have been craving, craving, craving and giving in. Luckily my weight loss has not stopped. I still lose at least 2 lbs./week but I know this is going to catch up to me. Give me some advice, I know this happens at this stage in the game.
Yep those cravings stink.... My big hang up right now is crackers can't stay away from them at all...
I working on getting my weight loss to pick back up.
Witch I have been slow pretty much every since my 1st months was over.
But I am so happy about what I have lost and looking for dropping the rest.. It drives me nutty..

Cindy I know too what you mean. This last month I have been getting hungry more than before. I still can't eat a lot but I want to eat often like 5 times a day right now I am hooked on Smart food pop corn cheddar cheese, it takes me about 3 days to eat one bag but I love it. My weight loss has slowed down too I just can't seem to get to 179. I have increased my work out some I think that will help. Just don't get down keep on track eat more sugar free and low carbs foods and walk.
I notice if I eat in the morning, I want to eat all day. What I do now is drink a lot of water in the morning and I don't really eat anything untill 11:00 or 12:00. Don't ask me why but it seems to work. With the hair lose, I have bben taking Biotin 2500 from GNC and it is helping. I have tons of new hair growth.
Great job to all of you
