6 month anniversary!!

Today is 6 months for me. I've lost 106 pounds, and feel amazing. I actually jog at night! I would still like to lose 50 more pounds to get down to about 145. I'm 5'6". I would like to know how much everyone is eating at this point. Good luck and God Bless to you all! Angie

Hi Angie, WOW 106lbs...thats soooo great!!!! your be at goal real fast the way your going down. I log my food on fitday.com now average for one mnth is 795cals 33g fat 28g carbs 64g protein. I went to my dr yesterday and they said I need 2 up my cals to 1000 per day. Wishing you only the best DI~

Hi Angie, Today is 6months for me also. I am down 90 lbs with 40 to go to goal weight. I am eating about the size of my palm at this point. I am not really keeping up with calorie intake or things like that I mainly focus on eating things that are higher in protein and fiber with little sugar added. I find that there are still some foods that I don't take to well but then there are some foods that I can eat (things that have sugar in them) that my friends that have also had the surgery can't. Thats why I try to stay away from foods that have a lot of added sugar. What I've found to be true is I have to make sure I eat the things and amounts that agree with me. Everyone is not the same so I tend to keep up with the things that I can tolerate and stay away from the things I can't. Again, HAPPY 6 MONTHS ANNIVERSARY!!! Keep up the good work. YOU GO GIRL!!!

I HAD MY SURGERY 6 1/2 MONTHS AGO 7-15-2003 I HAVE LOST 107 POUNDS. I FEEL SO GREAT TOO.

You are doing great! Keep up the awesome job!!! I just had my 6 month check up today. I am down 101 lbs. I am eating alot of chicken and tuna. Drinking alot of milk with sugar free chocolate in it!! Try IT!
