6 MONTHS OUT AND COULN'T BE HAPPIER
Today marks six months since my RNY and I'm down 106 pounds. I can't believe I have less than 50 pounds to go to hit my goal!! I also can't believe all of the changes that have taken place with each pound I've lost. I've discovered bones that I didn't know I had, lol. I've gone from a size 32 to 16s and 18s. It's hard to believe sometimes when I take clothes out of the dryer that my butt actually fits into them. Every aspect of my life has changed. I have so much energy, I'm much happier than I have been in a long time and it's a cool thing to actually feel pretty. RNY 8-5-03 330/224/180

Today marks my 6 month anniversary and I'm down 75 lbs. My skin is shrinking up nicely and I attribute that to a slower loss. My surgeon commented this week that my top incision is now in my ribcage which I hadn't even noticed until she told me. I don't snore, my BP is normal and I don't take Advil all day for the arthritis pain in my knees like before surgery. It's been an incredible Journey thus far and the "Future's so bright, I gotta wear shades".... hehehe.
