Almost 5 months.

I am almost 5 months out RNY. I have been having some hair loss. It kinda stresses me. My hairdresser said she can see regrowth coming back in. But it is unnerving when washing hair and brushing it to see so much come out. I have lost 82 lbs so far. I feel really good about losing all this weight. I feel much better health wise. I am excerising every day on the gazelle for 30 minutes. I still have a rather large abdomen. But the doctor said I will lose it there last due to that is where I carry most of my weight.

Congratulations Pamela on your awesome loss! I am loosing hair also since around the end of 3rd month post op. I can see new hairs growing in and I'm sure it will grow back. I would gladly shave my head bald to loose 100# and even though I can see my scalp the hair loss has slowed down recently and I'm not loosing as much. Hugs
