5 month anniversary
Hi ya'll,
This weekend is my 5 month anniversary and I have lost 89 pounds. I cant believe its been that long, seems like yesterday I had surgery. I still have 65 more pounds to go, but it seems to be slowing down now. Anyone got any suggestions to speed my metabolism besides exercise? I get B12 shots and I walk between 2 and 3 miles (4 to 5 times a week). Is this enough?
