Really Depressed!

I have lost about 71 pound now but I was at a stand still for a long time. Increasing your activities will help. I noticed that during the weeks of Christmas and New Years I dropped over 10 pounds from just the extra cleaning and decorating that I was doing. I plan to star****er arobics next month and hope to see it come off even faster. Don't give up....you will see it come off with just a little exercise. Remember sometimes our bodies go into a dormat stage when it gets to a weight that it likes and thinks it should stay there so we need to give our systems a boost with activity whenever we can. Please don't judge yourself by what others have lost...you are a unique creation...make yourself small goals and stick to a plan and you will be OK. Keep up the good work!
