Just wanted to post a message and let everyone know that things are going extremely well for me since my surgery August 18th! I've rarely been nauseous and am tolerating all foods well. (My first attempt with peanut butter was an experience, but that's a whole other story) I'm much more active already -- am up to walking 5 miles 2-3 times per week, and am researching local fitness centers w/ swimming pools so I can remain active throughout the winter. If anyone has any fish/seafood recipes you'd like to share, feel free to email them to me at [email protected]. (Please use RECIPE as your subject or my email filter will dump your email) Thanks to all who continue to support me on my journey. I love being a loser!!!
