My surgery is scheduled 8-4-03 & I'm getting really nervous. Being a nurse, I know what goes on in the OR and all the possible problems. I ALWAYS wake up vomiting after general anestheisa. I certainly hope I don't this time. I need encouragement and prayers.

You are in my prayers for Aug 4 - as that is the day I am having my surgery. It is a very wise thing we are doing to get this weight off. Being the health care field ( I was in Radiology for 25 years - 10 as manager) I know the damage the extra weight is doing on our hearts. Best wishes to you - Say a prayer for me also. Vicky

Congratulations Sandra! I know exactly how you feel! My date is 8/21, but we've come this far and God will pull us through!!! You are in my prayers for a quick recovery without complications. Everything will be fine. Take care!
