August 13, 2003 Surgery Date!

I am so excited! I have a date for my Lap RNY. I will be having my surgery at Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown, NY. Home of the Baseball Hall of Fame! It is a beautiful little town and the best hospital in the area, as far as I am concerned. I am looking forward to the beginning of my "new" life. I can't wait to be able to chase my kids around and go on long walks with my husband. I want to get a new bike for my birthday in the spring. I haven't one that I can ride in so many years, I don't know if I will remember how to ride one! I wish all of the other Aug. 2003 pre-ops the best of luck and speedy recovery! Jenn Marro

Best wishes Jeniifer. I will be having my surgery on August 12th. I also asked my husband for a bike!! I am so very excited as I know that you are. I am looking forward to a new life one that I thought that I would never have. I wish you a speedy recovery.
