I've got a DATE!!

My surgery is August 20 2003!! I am so nervous and excited at the same time! It's kinda scary I want to run at the same time stay in the same spot. I am trying to get all the info that I can to be well informed and start my good habits now such as sipping instead of gulping and taking tiny tiny bites. I want to be successful in this journey and I look to this site for my support. thanks
