4 years out

Hi All, Congrats on 4 years out. I hit it yesterday. Still doing fine except I seem to be dumping much more now. Even whole grains make me dump. So I'm writing it all down and moving forward. Feel good mostly. Accomplished. Finished my college degree last year. I guess, I'm a thrill seeker, 'cause since surgery I have had a major leap in my life every year. It's been great.
