It been almost one year since my surgery. I am a whole new person. I have a better outlook on life in general. I have lost 115 pounds. I am still about 45 pounds to goal.
Marlene, Hi! I will be a year out on August 21. I have lost 94 pounds and I hope to lose about 45 more. I started out at 288 at 5'4"... I know they say not to compare, but may I ask your stats? You have done great! Keep up the good work!
I too had my surgery on August 21st, but started out as a heavyweight. I've lost 176 lbs, and still have 124 lbs to go, but at least I'm out of 6 x shirts and into 1 x shirts!!
