I finally received my surgery date! Its July 16th...I'm so looking forward to this journey!

My surgery is coming up Monday, and at first, I was so excited. But now, as it is getting closer, each day I'm getting a little more nervous. Reading all of the discussions on OH has definitely helped. So, I was wondering if anyone had any last minute advice or things I should expect after surgery? 
My surgery is July 28! Currently, I am feeling excited and ready. I feel like I've drawn my line in the sand, & had enough.
i never thought about writing a letter to my family. Only my Husband and 2 friends know I'm doing this. My parents would totally disapprove.
Do you tell all your friends & family? I guess I don't want to hear the disapproval, etc...

Hello everyone. My surgery is scheduled for July 23rd. I'm very excited and anxious also. I'll be praying for you all.
Good luck everyone!! I was done 7/1, so a week out now you will be here before you know it! Sorry I haven't updated much. I've been battling nausea and computer screens/tv screens make it worse. Pain is completely manageable. See you all on the losers bench!!
