Well, I didn't get the July surgery date I was hoping for, but I did get a date! August 4th! Pretty darn close to July!

5'6" ConsultW: 312.4 (3/29/14) VSG w/ Dr. K Krause: 287.4 (8/4/14)

Pre-op: -25 M1: -16.8 M2: -10.8 M3: -14.4 M4: -7.3

im sch july 9th and have a 7day pre op. its with impact shakes and veggies with 4 oz protein. plus no caffeine n drink at least 64oz. i kinda started this minus the exp shakes 2 weeks ago to get in the habitt and now im used to it. makes me feel more confident i will suceed. offical stqrt wil be july 2nd. anyone close to nebraska?

Hi Everyone! Mind if I join you all. I am scheduled for the DS on July 30th my insurance has not been officially approved yet. I have been told I shouldn't have any issues though. Fingers and toes crossed!

My surgery is on July 14th, I'm in Portland Oregon. I'm going through Legacy Weight Loss and Diabetes Institute. I'm having VSG. Only have to do one week protein diet. Good luck to all the July surgery dates!

RNY on 07/17/14

Hi everyone!

My RNY is scheduled on 7/17! I am on my 3rd day of the 14 day liquid diet. I can't eat anything except jello and sugar free popsicles (which i hate lol) i have to get at least 60 grams of protein in through shakes and broth. I am starving guys. lol

RNY 7/17/2014!! Decided to stop kidding myself about what I'm really doing with my life. Excited for getting back to me!!
