Any July surgery dates?

what kind of shakes are you trying?  I like Atkins and Premier Protein Shakes.  The first mouthful is okay but after that they are good.

I found Glucerna (Butter Pecan) flavor and man is it good... I add a little water to it and mix my Herbalife protein shake with it and it is delicious...

Thank you so much...I had a brief moment when I really realized that it was happening...and I wrote letters, Believe it or not the letters made me feel better... So how are you doing on your Liquid Diet?  I started also last week, and I have eaten a few times.. 

My surgery is Monday.. and I am super excited... I feel as if I have already lost some weight... once you get past the first day without any food it gets easier...Bless you and hope you are doing well...

July 23, 2014 is S-day!  I have 4 weeks on liquid diet.  I started at 354 and am now 322.  Good luck to everyone.

My surgery date is set for July 22! I got my insurance approval letter yesterday. I start my liquid diet on Monday. I am nervous and excited all at the same time but can't wait to start this new chapter in my life.

My surgery is scheduled for July 21!  I just had my pre op appointment with my doc to get my diet plan for 2 weeks before surgery....I can't believe it's really happening....hooray.  

Mu surgery is Monday July 7th. Roux en y.
