July 23rd for my New Beginning!

I am scheduled to have RNY surgery on July 23rd. I have been overweight pretty much my entire 43 years. I am 244 right now, but when I graduated high school I weighed in at about 325. With lots of exercise and pretty much starvation, I lost down to 220 in about 8 months. Since that I have had 3 back surgeries, contracted type 2 diabetes and fought just about every illness or complication associated with it. Now it is medically necessary for me to have this surgery if I want to live to see my kids grow into adults. I would love to keep in contact with anyone who is having the surgery close to my date of rebirth.

I'm also set for RNY on the 23rd of July!

I am set for 23 Jul also, for the Vertical Sleeve. CANNOT WAIT! Good luck with your new birthday procedure!
