July 16th MY New Birthday!
Last year I fought with my insurance company and after two appeals was denied out right by my previous insurance. It was ONLY by the GRACE OF GOD that my company got new insurance.... I waited three months before I made a phone call and in less then a month I got my new birthday! I got the call this Monday!
I have just started working out again after this winter just totally figuring that I would never be able to have the surgery. Bought some small forks & some demitasse spoons and have started to use them when I eat. I am trying to drink a gallon of water a day so far coming fairly close. I know that the next step that I have is to take longer to drink my water but before I was drinking hardly no water & mostly coffee & soda's.
I hope that I find several of us on here that will have new birthday's in the month of July & look forward to helping not only myself but anyone who needs the encouragement when things get tough.
