July 23rd is my day

I am pretty excited.  Was surprised that when I got the call on Monday that I was actually happy to have to call back a doctor's office.  Lots to do between now and then.  It is also 2 days before my daughter's 12 birthday. What a gift I am giving her..she gets her mom healthier and hopefully longer:)

 Congrats on the date. Mine is for the 24th. Three days before my 11th anniversary makes for busy plans for sure. 

Do you have to do a two week liquid diet? I start mine on the 10th

I am heading to the doctor's in a few minutes for my pre op appointments.  I believe this is when I will get the liquid diet (HRM) and probably start tomorrow (Happy 4th)..and take it on vacation with me (guaranteed to not gain weight on vacation)..so it will be about 2 1/2 weeks.

Which diet are you doing? I have a ton of recipes if you'd like them.

 mine is not a specific diet.. I just have to be on low fat liquids only. So strained soups, protein drinks, broth, jello that sort of thing. Nothing with pieces in it.
