I am scheduled for 7/15/10!

I am so nervous one minute and so excited the next and scared and every other emotion!!!!

I am heading down to Puerta Vallarta in the morning for my surgery on the 6th.  Cant wait but a little nervous at the same time!

My surgery is set for  Tuesday too, I had a date since last week but it didnt't really sink in till today when I got a call from the hospital with instructions and the time I am to go into surgery, I guess I was still worried my Inusrance would call at the last minute and say that they changed thier minds and I am no longer approved. That has been the majority of my freak outs, worrying about my insurance and work trying to get caught up and letting people know where to pick up while I'm gone, the last thing I want is to go back to work with a desk full for work. Good luck to all of us!!!

I'm July 6 - Which now is only 5 days away! Looks like there are a few of us that week. Good luck to everybody and I will be thinking about you all! I'm not too nervous either - I also had more than a year's wait so I've had lots of time (more time than I ever wanted - lol) to consider and reconsider and I am positive I am on the right track. But I am doing lots of last-minute reading and making arrangements just the same. My house has never been so spotless! ;-)

You should lose some water weight - but I don't think weight loss is the reason for pre-op liquids. It's to shrink your liver so doctor can see your stomach better during surgery and your liver is not as apt to get injured if it is free of some of the fats that are stored there.
Don't worry - just dealing with the liquids is hard enough! :-)
