Anybody having surgery in July?

So excited, received my approval from BCBS and then scheduled by surgery date for July 29th.

It was awesome telling my boss to plan for me being out for a minimum of 6 weeks. I am really fortunate that my work location will allow me the full doctor recommended leave for the surgery and the best part is, I will get full pay for the entire time I am out.

I had my surgery July 1st.....counting down the days to pureed foods. I'm over the liquids already.

Surgery now scheduled for July 22nd. was originally going to be on the 8th but my doctor had something come up and rescheduled. Sooooooo I had already go in one week of pre op diet before I got the news of postponement and am now into it AGAIN.

My surgery date is July 26. I am so excited and nervous too. lol. Its crazy because I know what to expect I have read everything I can get my hands on but I am still slightly nervous. My surgery day will be here before I know it.
