Yup, me to. It's not coming out in handfuls, but I cannot run my hands through my hair at all, that I won't have at least 3 strands come out, and I am shedding lightly as well. I'm waiting for the clumps aiyee.

I am having the same problem.  I didn't think it would start this soon but I am slacking a little bit in the protein department.  My hair  is really thick but it has already started thinning out.  I notice it when I take a shower and brush my hair.  My husband said that he can't tell but I KNOW and it is driving me crazy.  I am back on the protein regiment like I should be but are there any other vitamins we can take?

  WOW... thank you so much Ted!  When I first went into this....I was all smugg - thinking that I didn't have a huge amount of weight to lose by comparision so this should be a breeze for me.  Boy was I WRONG.  This has been by far the worst mental struggle that I have ever had.  I know I should be losing weight faster than I am.  But I'm losing inches like crazy... of course I neglected to get the starting measurements... so I decipher by the way the clothes fit.  And going from a 22/24 to a 14/16 in 3 months....I know things are working although the scale tells a different story.   This month l lost 8 pounds so - I'm average I suppose.   Heck and my 2nd chin is gone... I don't have muffin top hangin over my underwear... and a myriad of other positives thus far.... I am happy don't get me wrong.   Heck yes - I agree with you on your rationale.... the slower weight loss should help greatly with the loose skin issue.  (I'll keep telling myself that as well!) LOL.

I really appreciate your encourgment!  By your ticker - it seems that you are going to be at goal very soon!!
