I like my WLS because...
I finally weight less than my hubby.
I can now wear my wedding rings again which belonged to my hubbys grandmother they are now 76 years old my plain band is to big now lol.
I am getting closer to wearing the "normal" people clothes lol.
My joints don't hurt anymore and i can keep up with my kids better.

Hey everyone before I sign off for the weekend.. I thought i would forward this hot protein drink..
For some locations it's either cold or it's getting there.. so I'm sending you a recipe that I used off of www.bariactriceating.com.. this drink is warm and luscious I drink this on my way to work I have grown quite attach to this protein shake.. LOL.. you can use with most protein drinks.. ENJOY!!

Thanks I have been getting in more protein and water and i think that might be what kicked it back in gear. I was told by my nut to up my protein and calories and it would help so i did it and it helped.

congratulations Bryden - have you been doing anything different over the last couple of days? I always am curious to know if people drank more protein shakes than they had been doing or were better about getting more water in......It's interesting to wonder what moves us from our stalls. I've read all over the place that increasing calories and keeping the fluids up all helps....

Hi :) I mostly lurk here as well.
I'm down 62 lbs, I have lost weight kind of spazz like. 1 lb in 2 weeks. 12 lbs in 1 week. I need to cut down on the carbs, and work routine exercise into my day.
I guess the most drastic thing that has changed is that I actually feel smaller. My fingers, my arms, legs, I'm more flexible, I have more energy, I can do stairs without getting winded etc...
If I eat fried food, pasta, or white bread, I am in for some diarrhea the next day. Other than that no food intolerances. Things taste really different to me now, and I crave things I never did before, so that's been weird.

Holy crap my stall is finally over i was stuck at 252 for 2 weeks or so and this morning i weigh in at 248 means i have lost a total of 81 lbs since starting my journey. WOW. So i am not complaining.I hope i can loose 20 more punds by christmas making it 100lb gone before the end of the year!
