OOOH MRS. DAHUGGS... YOU LOOK AWESOME!!

Wore my shirt tucked in my pants!  With a balck belt in the beltloops.  Yep!  And I remember when I was GAINING weight and thought I looked fat that way.  Today, all I felt was thin and healthy.  It's funny how things can change.

Also, my weight is down to the "overweight" range!  I am now out of the obese range.  That is really exciting!

I turned 50 in September.  I lost 90 lbs pre-surgery.  My weight loss since surgery has been averaging 1 - 2 lbs a week.  Slow and fairly steady (couple of stalls).  I am the tortoise, not the hare.  I will win this race, eventually, and you will too.

This is a total life style change, not just a race to loose the weight.

Ashley, I feel just like you. I can point out everything I am doing wrong, and yet I still keep doing it after swearing every day I won't. But....the lbs are still coming off, I just know I would have been further ahead if I would get my butt in gear. I am also eating stuff I am not supposed to. It really sucks because at first sweets were intolerable to me, and they have always been my vice, but I pushed it anyways, and now I have that damn sweet tooth back again!! Not as bad, but it is still there.

I'm so afraid that I've screwed up to much @ 4 months out to get it together. I know that is not true, but I do feel discouraged that I wasted so much of my golden honeymoon period.

I'm in my longest stall yet and feeling the same way!  Just keep doing the right things.   It's frustrating but will pass, eventually!
