Yes I was the air lover, but the now I have the chills and that can really be hard because the people in the house be hot.

I have been pleasantly surprised to find that most of the items I am trying on are too big.
Funny how we still think we are larger than we actually are!
My Mom gave me some clothes of hers since she has a lot of clothes. I have not fit into her size since I was a teenager. I am almost to the same weight I was before I had my four children, and my oldest is in college!

FREEZING... GIRLIE it doesn't get no better..
The more you lose the more you FREEZE!!
I mean I don't wanna compare... everybody body is different everyone loses at their own speed .. I do eat a lot of lean meat&eggs, lots of veggies less carb's... this works for my diet.. I do a work-out training 2 a week I walk about 2 miles per day.. I believe what make the difference is to get out and move!! But 44lbs in one month is still more than average!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

I fell you... everyone looks at me like I'm crazy... I know what your talking about i use to run the air all year long.. UHH not no more.. good thing the electric bill has went down over 40 dollars a month!! LOL

I thought it was mu iron level too.. but my DOC said iron was on the level.. he said it will last until weight stops dropping... I use to hate sweat shirts.. I LUV them NOW!! LOL

I thought that my iron was low but Doc did a test, he says it's normal, he said it should stop when your weight stabilizes!! I guess i better pile on the SWEATERS!! LOL

I feel ya!!.. my daughter begs me when I come home from work.. PLEASE DON"T TURN ON THE HEATER MOM!!.. hopefully it will subside!!
