Topic: new 3 and a half month photos!!!
Check them out! I finally got some new clothes, with a new attitude! I couldn't be happier and am doing fantastic. I feel better than I have in years and am loving my RNY. Give me some honest opinions, all the clothes I bought at a thrift store.

I'm in the same boat....... I literally did not lose even a pound the whole month of october!!! I lost inches, but not one pound. This month is going better though. I try not to get discouraged because the sizes are getting smaller, but it sure would be nice if I could get under the 200 mark.
One thing I have noticed over the last month is a big boost in my energy. I was so weak after surgery and so tired.
Best wishes to all of you..... keep up the great work!!!!!

I think that the two main reasons why they tell us NOT to drink alcohol is because it is empty calories and plus because it will hit us like a ton of bricks in many cases (depending on the selection and speed in which we drink it). I'll still indulge once in a while and looking forward to it. I suspect Thanksgiving wine will be a good 1st time with family.

tell me about it!! I"ll check out that link Lisa. I guess I need to watch my beef intake. Seeing it in writing really puts some reality into it. Although the protein numbers are awesome and there is no way that I can eat an entire steak in one setting anyway and I tend to order sirloin (I'm cheap) lol. Round steak is always so tough unless you cook it all day long. Darn, I guess that means I'll need to eat shrimp more lol
You have a nice day too girl :-)

Shida, i'm on a mission to learn how to make a new Margie that's not as sweet. I think Splenda will become my new friend in that department. I love my Margarita's too. They won't taste the same and will probably be a tad more bitter, but I know there's one out there so if you find it before me, let me know. I love margie's
