Do you have a trainer? How do you like it?

Now, now. Let's not bash on someone being honest. We all can't be as perfect as .......... We're all at different stages and in different cir****tances and different states with different climates. Having kids to take care of is very time consuming and the hardest job on earth.
Let's encourage each other, and not criticize. Congratulations for your dedication to exercise, you can be our inspiration of what we can obtain.
P.S. I haven't started an exercise routine either, but hope to soon. I'm a full time, 50 year old college sophomore. I have about 60 hrs. of homework each week, not including time in the classroom. It's hard to balance everything perfectly. I'm sure everything will work out okay.

Brandi,
Your so funny!
You crack me up.
I just bought myself an early Christmas present of a Wii with the balance board, Wii Fit Plus and Wii Sports Island game. I need to plug it in and set it up. I've been busy finishing my college semester and I've been looking at it for a week in still in the box.
That still leaves room for man under my tree too! I better write Santa quick.

That is so funny that you mentioned the bike....my husband and I bought a bike for eachother for Christmas. We also got one of those trailers to hitch to the back to take our 3 yr old daughter along. I used to LOVE biking when I was younger but then I got so big I was too embarrassed to ride anymore for fear of popping the tires! LOL!! I am very excited about our presents and look forward to using them asap. They even just built a new bike path in our town that runs right behind our house so no excuses, right?!!

I ate some turkey and filled the remainder of my pouch with sweet potatoes. Now I know that was probably the one thing I shouldn't have but it was oh so good and I only get it once a year. I made sure not to take left overs of that. I also had a bite of pumpkin pie (inside, not crust). I was very proud of myself. It's all a learning process. I was down weight wise too. I heart my pouch!

We are all entitled to a pity party every once in a while :) But remember you have lost 70 lbs in like 5 months! That's nuts! Everyone is different and as long as we all end up in the same place in the end (healthy weight for our body) then its all good. BTW I am so stinking jealous of the size 12! Holy crap girl! That's another thing. I am only 6 pounds more than you and I am wearing a 16. Everyone is different!

Brandi,
You're so silly!! I love it. Hey, send him my way when you're done with him. I could use a little too :-P lol Tell him I'll even let him talk ;-)
And yes, a bike does sound great, but it gets lonely riding by myself out here in the boonies. I need to find some riding buddies who live near me.

I agree with Lisa.. You're doing great. Just curious, not that it matters really, but how tall is your friend and where did she start weight wise? I've been slackin' on my protein the last couple of days and water too. Been too busy to stop and drink or eat -ugh-, but I'll get back on track. One day at a time.
Hang in there :-)

Lisa,
I know, isn't it crazy. I never would have guessed I'd be losing weight after Thanksgiving. I'm still baffled by the whole thing :-) Glad to hear that you had a great Thanksgiving too.
