For some strange reason I thought that I would never see onederland but guess what?!? IT IS OFFICIAL!!  I weighed in this morning at 199.1 WITH clothes on. I have reached my first goal. Yes, it has taken me since July and this surgery to do it but it happened!  I know I need to do better with exercising and I do take my vitamins..protein, I don't get all of it in each day but I come close to. This is by far the best week EVER! And it keeps getting better


Keep on rocking it Julyers!  We are FABULOUS!

Yesterday I did one hour on the bike, party off the pounds dvd was 50 minutes and the biggest loser wii game whi*****luded the 7 rounds in a challenge of doing mountain climbers and wood chops. Talk about a good work out. And won 1st place too :) So that last about an hour. Well guess my hard work paid off the scale first said 199.8 I jump off the scale and omg that isn't right. When I jump off the scale flip over too. Well weigh myself 3 more times to make sure the scale was right but instead it said 200.2 for each of the 3 times. So I am sticking with the 200.2 for now. As I know I will be in onederland any day now. And too think yesterday I weigh in at 203.2. So that makes my total weight lss of 117.3 lbs since Jan 2009 0

August 2010 weight 138 lbs lost of 179.5 lbs but gain again since my gallbladder surgery Oct 2010 range recentlly my weight got up to 166 and I was in freak mode. I am now down to 152.6 hoping to get back to 135 and started generic wellbutrin

Amen!  I was more self-conscious about my fat arms when I was at my highest weight.  I'm wearing shorter sleeved shirts than I ever did before and I don't really care.   I know the arms are going to be atrocious when I lose more weight.  Right now you can see the muscle definition at the top but honestly the rest looks like sagging testicles..no lie!

Congrats!  Being under 200 is my ultimate goal.  I will consider this surgery a success if I can stay there for life.  It still puts me in the obese category, but even where I'm at now is a major improvement from where I started at last November.

I am so happy today!  The 100 lb mark is within reach... I am down 81.4 now, and am sooo close to being under 200 lbs for the first time since like the 7th or 8th grade.  I love EVERYONE!

I have lost 100lbs in 5 months and I am wanting to join the Century Club and get a Member Card for my wall.......does anyone know where I need to go to do this?

I do aerobics Ms. Gena for 30 min.,

Then 2 days a week I do strength training.. but every day I make sure I get in I to 2 miles of a walk.. a simple walk anything you do different will kick it in gear.. 
This is my meal plan that I stick TOO!!

1. breakfast eggs scrambled /2 strips of low sodium bacon trim the fat or turkey bacon(25grams protein)
2.) Lunch meat from dinner(turkey, fish, lean pork)(15 grams protein), and green bean 1/4 cup (3 grams protein)
3.) snack 9 laughing Cow cheese low cal one wedge (5 grams protein) 5 whole wheat crackers(2 grams protein)
4.) Dinner (turkey, fish, lean pork,) 3 0z's (15 grams protein) veggies green beans,mixed veggies, or raw salad with balsamic dressing made at home(protein 3 grams)
5.) snack a healthy carb ( small apple sliced)
This plant is approximately 60 grams of protein women only need 40 grams a day.. Men 60 a day.. 1000 calories depending on how you cook your food!!
I always try to drink my eight glasses a day of water.. WATER LOAD!!
I know people say trainers cost a lot but check out 24HR fitness you would be surprise I payed 150.00 for 3 months.. now I don't need him cause I know how to maximize the equipment/ and to exercise correctly.

It will start-up up again Ms. Gena TRUST ME ON THIS!!!

Good for you Joanna!!!!  I'm right there with you!!  So what if I have bat wings.  If you have a problem with it, too damn bad!!  We've come so far and we have alot to be proud of.  Keep up the good work and great attitude!!
