That's how my weight loss has been the last couple of months.  Slow, slow and slower.  I stay the same for several weeks then lose three pounds.  Stay the same, lose 3 . . .

You are ALL doing so great!  You guys are the best motivation ever... I love that any time I have a good day, or a bad day, I can turn to my Julyers and know that I am not alone!  It's an amazing journey, and I know that at only 6 months, we are still RNY babies, but if I stopped where I was right now and didn't lose another pound, I would know that I am healthier, happier and a better me than I was 6 months ago.  (not that I hope to stop losing weight--better not jinx myself!)  Love you guys!

I am feeling the need to pump up my exercise routine.  I'm am feeling like I can do more.  So far I take 2 walks a day and do 6 strength training exercises twice a week.  I've increased my daily steps from less than 3000 a day to 6000, still striving for 10,000.

What are you guys doing?

I'm guilty of everything you wrote here too girl.

I think I need to get back to pulling out the baby spoon and fork and try that again.

I too have the hardest time throwing away that one last bite and if I indulge, I pay for it dearly.  And before I do it, I say, Luanne, you're gonna pay for this!!  :(   Sometimes I listen and sometimes not.

Thanks for sharing!  I need the assurance as well.  That has been my pattern almost since the beginning.  I do notice when the scale is not moving that my pants are dare I say 'on the ground!'  LOL  I have avoided shopping the last couple of months because I need to get over the hump from womens to misses and I'm finding a HUGE difference.

I don't weigh my food either.  I probably should...

I have a couple problems with eating.

I think I eat too fast, but when I take tiny bites it feels like it goes down quickly and I'm ready for another bite.

My eyes are bigger than my stomach...that old saying is finally true for me.  When I'm really hungry I will think I need to fix a bigger plate of food, but then will only eat half of it.

And my biggest problem I think is taking one more bite.  I will feel satisfied and stop eating, but then if I'm still at the table and the plate is in front of me then sometimes I will take another bite or two.  And then I feel miserable.  I need to focus on getting that plate away from me after I feel I'm done eating.
