1 year out today!

Best wishes to all people who, like myself, had surgery one year ago today! What a difference a year can make. I am down 108 lbs. and living my life to the fullest!

I currently have a broken left arm which happened two weeks ago when I was home in Ireland for my brother-in- law's funeral. Jason had a fall down the stairs of his daughter's house and had three skull fractures. He died 7 days after the fall and leaves my sister , his daughter, a 5 year old son and two grandchildren. He was 40 years old. Please keep Liz and Jamie in your prayers. Their lives are forever changed.

I'm so sorry to hear about your brother. What a tragedy. And you end up breaking your arm too. What are the odds?

I'm very happy about your success with your surgery. I too never thought I would have lost so much weight in a year and am enjoying my life again. Bless you and your family.
