just one more ounce, that's all I want to see on my scales - LOL- It's taken 2 weeks to lose 1 friggin' pound. Oh well, I knew this would happen, but dang, why is it teasin' me :-)

the frustration with the scale not moving. I know how that is . I finally get to move then next day its back up again. Got this yo yo thing going on with the scale lately. But hopefully it will move in the right direction. Dont' worry you will be in onederland soon and joining with us.

6 month supervised diet done lost over 50 lbs pre-surgery

August 2010 weight 138 lbs lost of 179.5 lbs but gain again since my gallbladder surgery Oct 2010 range recentlly my weight got up to 166 and I was in freak mode. I am now down to 152.6 hoping to get back to 135 and started generic wellbutrin
