OMG Pain

I believe its gas, the only relief I have is when I'm sitting on the toilet. I can feel things get worse and then a little relief. This just sucks. Worst thing ever is that my daughters first dance recital today. DAMN IT. Gas x strips are not working. Any suggestions.

Walk. That's what helped me when i came home from the hospital.

Have you had a good bowel movement lately?   I'm out from surgery just about as far as yourself.  It could be gas, but how long have you been dealing with it?

I take stool softeners (3 per day) and ok'd by my doctor and it has helped me out significantly.

Good luck.    There might be other issues, so I wouldn't wait too long to have it checked out.

i am over 9 mos now out and had this gas thing this past weekend. thought i would die also. tried everything and finally a good one made it all change. the insides got so sore/the pouch was sore. now today i am having this again. is this a 9 mos out thing??
