What are you eating today!?
Hey everyone! I hope your day is going well. I thought it would be interesting to see what everyone is eating today .
I work at the DMV and this lady we call her "the burritto lady" brought me a breakfast burritto!
Breakfast: Probably eating the inside of this burrito and a fat free Latte.
Snack: Protien shake
Lunch: More of this burrito
Snack: Maybe a nutri grain bar?
Dinner: Not too sure yet, i MIGHT have some of this burritto again LOL
I love that food lasts so long. Saves some money :)
Im going to also take a 30 minute walk on my lunch.

Breakfast... one slice of reduced calorie whole wheat bread toasted with two teaspoons of peanut butter.. one teaspoon of no sugar jelly
Snack.. 1 fiber one bar
lunch.. last nights leftovers.. baked chicken tenderloins 3 Oz's with reduced calorie buffalo sauce.. 1 0z of steamed vegetable Melody..
snack.. protein chips (made out of soy protein 15 grams per 1 OZ bags).. my fave
Dinner... seasoned turkey on one half whole wheat burrito bread with fresh cucumber & tomato salad with balsamic vinaigrette.. MY FAVE..
snack used if still hungry only... 1OZ of reduced calorie Ritz veggies little crackers with one wedge of laughing cow cheese!!
I tend to eat the same thing unless I have work meeting thing Download the menu of potential restaurants we will be eating at... I try very hard to limited on myself on take out food.. FULL OF SODIUM.. which equals water weight.. only every now and then..

Snack: 1/2c popcorn
Lunch: half a pickle & half of a Jimmy John's Unwich (AMAZING...if you have a JJ check it out--they make subs into lettuce wraps!)
Snack: FF cottage cheese
Snack: soy crisps with Greek yogurt mixed with blue cheese dressing as a dip
Dinner: low fat hot dog with low carb ketchup and deli mustard
