I DID IT!

 Congratulations!!!!! I can't wait to be able to say I have lost 100 lbs! I still have 20 to go! It's tough because I still have problems with my portion control. I can eat WAY over the 2 ounces my doctors office said I should be still eating. I eat until I feel full. Normally that is about 6 ounces. I am super happy for you! YAY!!!!

We are right about the same place as far as weight loss and pounds to go.   I was eating two ounces in the beginning but I'm eating 6 (sometimes 8) ounces per meal and I still feel like my weight loss is slow because I'm not getting in enough calories per day.  I'm trying to get 1200 on most days especially when I'm exercising more.

I'm planning on doing the Med Gem test next month to determine my optimal calorie intake for weight loss.  My weight loss has been super slow lately.

How many calories per day are you eating?  Do you find your weight loss slow?
