exercise

I am feeling the need to pump up my exercise routine.  I'm am feeling like I can do more.  So far I take 2 walks a day and do 6 strength training exercises twice a week.  I've increased my daily steps from less than 3000 a day to 6000, still striving for 10,000.

What are you guys doing?

not as much as i should be....I really need some good abdominal exercises...for this big ol' belly that I can't lose!!!!
