Full of Compliments today!

Today was our first real day back to school.  Last week we had different things going on and I really didn't see my normal students until today.

3 of them...3!!! plus a couple other teachers told me how little I was looking!  I did have a losing spurt over the holidays and lost 15lbs, but this reaction was totally unexpected.  Put a little bounce in my walk today!

How exciting!!  It feels great doesn't it.  I ran into my "married friend"  who I adore but we're "just friends" and I hadn't seen him in 1.5 years and he said he didn't even recognize me.  I like those kind of comments.  The "ah, you look GREAT"!!  :-)     Sure put a smile on my face all weekend long.
