The Lady at Macy's Noticed my Weightloss

I was paying for something without my card so I had to give her my driver's license.  She looked at it and then me and said. "Have you lost a lot of wieght?"  I couldn't believe she moticed!  But you really can see it in my face.  It was weird, though.

 

That's the BEST when some notices.. gives you a lift to KEEP PUSHING....

That's just awesome!  The lady at the doughnut shop actually stopped serving other people to ask me if I was okay cause she 1. hadn't seen me in a while and 2. noticed my weight loss. (BTW - I was buying a doughnut for my kid).

I was so\rt of happy that she noticed but then started to think - damn - i must have been going to the doughnut shop an awful lot for her to notice that I have been in the for a while.
 

LOL!  I went to Dunkin Donuts today to buy myself some iced coffee.  Wasn't even tempted to buy something to eat.  But, donuts are really not my thing, either.  Still, I count these little positive choices to keep my momentum going.
